About the Author

Tracy Otsuka is a certified ADHD coach and attorney and is the podcast host of ADHD for Smart Ass Women. She is a seasoned media contributor and podcast guest with influential forums such as ADDitude magazine, Inc. magazine, and The Goal Digger Podcast. Before her ADHD epiphany, Otsuka was a practicing attorney investigating cases for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission; a designer of high-end women's wear sold in Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Nordstrom; and a real estate broker selling countless foreclosed properties. She lives with her husband, two kids, two dogs, and seven chickens in Sonoma County, outside San Francisco.
